Starfish has developed ProTask, a versatile task management system, specifically around the requirements of an Access Service such as Subtitling, where there is a clearly definable workflow. Configured in close consultation with the customer and taking account of the users’ requirements, ProTask implements and manages the series of tasks required to complete the desired workflow.
