Support Options

All Starfish products are sold with an initial 12 month warranty. After this period customers are offered an annual support contract.

Operational Support Contract

This will cover customers for access to a private web forum and priority email support for any problems identified with your Starfish Technologies™ products via support@starfish.tv. This support also includes free minor version upgrades to the Starfish Technologies™ products you own. Minor version upgrades will usually contain bug fixes and minor feature additions and improvements.
This support contract is available for a fixed cost of 10% of the products current list price.

Fixed support is to be used when the problem or fault is wholly related to Starfish Technologies™ supplied software and hardware.
