Authoring: Developed specifically for AD script preparation and recording. Integrates directly to our AD file processing technology.
Processing and delivery systems: A full range of AD processing applications including file output formatting as Pre-Mix or DTT, file conversion utilities and preview generation.
Scheduling
Scheduling of Broadcast Playout, including EPG delivery
A complete Broadcast TV scheduling system that includes integrated media library management. The schedule is produced in a range of file formats and includes EPG generation and delivery.
The software is deployable in a multi-broadcaster and/or multi-channel environment and ad-sales integration is available as an option.
Media Task Management
Customer specific workflow management
Starfish developed ProTask, a versatile task management system, to support all our solutions. In consultation with the client, Starfish will configure ProTask to manage and implement the list of tasks required to achieve the optimum, customer specific, workflow.
Tasks may be linked to each other in pre-determined sequences (where one task must be completed before the next can begin) or tasks may be independent. Each task can be initiated manually or automatically by the ProTask service.
Compliance Logging
Scalable solutions with remote client monitoring
Flexible storage architecture using either redundant local storage or network attached shared storage. A remote client application enables file search, recovery and review, and a separate application is included for simple system operational monitoring. Option to record and review closed captions stored in the VBI.
Teletext
Complete solution for authoring and transmission
The solution includes Teletext authoring software and a fully featured page carousel and insertion system.
